From vague to structured
A client might say “need drone footage of a site.” Planning software should turn that into location, objective, deliverables, timeline, constraints, approvals, aircraft needs, and risk notes.
Plan for handoff
If another pilot executes the job, the mission record must be clear enough for handover: site map, access, contact, hazards, required shots, weather rule, and deliverable specs.
Plan revisions
Jobs change. Keep a revision log so the final job reflects what was actually approved and flown.
