Folder discipline
Separate raw capture, processed outputs, reports, client exports, and internal notes. Use consistent dates, site names, mission IDs, and version numbers.
QA before delivery
Check missing files, blurry frames, overlap gaps, wrong export settings, broken links, and privacy-sensitive content before the client sees the work.
