Deliverables need context
A link full of files is not a finished service. Tell the client what was captured, where to look, what matters, what limitations apply, and what action is recommended.
Different buyers need different formats
A builder may need dated progress folders. An insurer may need annotated evidence. A farmer may need paddock notes. A real estate agent may need selected hero assets and usage guidance.
Limitations build trust
State what was not inspected, what conditions affected results, and when specialist review is needed. This protects the pilot and helps the client understand the evidence.
