Client pressure often appears before airspace checks. Build a quote habit that says the mission is subject to airspace, site, weather, and safety review.
Use verified sources
Start with CASA-verified drone safety apps and escalate to official aviation sources where needed. Keep evidence of the check with the mission record.
Timing is part of the service
Some approvals or checks need time. If a client needs urgent work near controlled airspace, the answer may be a revised scope, different location, or no-go.
