What is a cinematic property tour?

A cinematic property tour is a scroll-driven film of a home: the walkthrough is shot like a movie, then published as an interactive web page where scrolling moves you through the property room by room, with narrative captions along the way. It sits between a listing video and a 3D tour — more emotive than a dollhouse scan, more controlled than video.

Instead of a play button, the buyer drives. As they scroll, the film advances frame by frame — arrival, entry, living, kitchen, master — with each room introduced by a short narrative card. Because the buyer controls the pace, they linger on what matters to them, and time-on-listing climbs.

Universe For Alice builds these as standalone tour pages for signature listings (see the 99 Carr Street tour), combining drone exteriors, interior filming, and an edited sequence of 300–2,500 frames. Agencies use them for expressions-of-interest campaigns where the story of the home carries the price.
